3J Corporation was founded in 1992 from the packaging needs of the textile industry. The founders of the company saw the opportunity to meet this need in the maquiladoras, and the lack of supply that existed by the current suppliers at that time.

Machinery was installed to process corrugated cardboard and mounting a complete line from corrugated to the final process including converting, printing, die cutting and gluing.

It was in the same year that Corporacion 3J decided to expand operations and include in manufacture posters, cardboard boxes for the pharmaceutical, food and luxury packaging.
